• Apply serums and moisturizers to avoid dryness.
• Avoid touching your face.
• Avoid heat treatments for 24 hours Inc. steam rooms, saunas, swimming.
• Avoid exercise for 24 hours to reduce the likelihood of sweat entering the pores.
• Avoid exfoliating for at least 5 days post facial.
• Use a minimum of SPF30 everyday.
• Drink plenty of water and less caffeine.

Risks & Reactions

• Possible redness and irritation.
• Possible breakouts. Often a result from bacteria that makes its way onto your skin.
• Possible headache - make sure to drink plenty of water.

• Avoid chlorine for a minimum of 7 days.
• Use a minimum SPF30 every day.

• If you have highly reactive, sensitive skin you're likely to experience irritation.
