BODY TREATMENTS & aftercare

You may feel tired and emotional after a massage/body treatment, therefore it's important you look after your body both mentally and physically. 


With the below guidance you can help the body continue to heal itself.


  • Drink plenty of water or herbal tea – this helps to flush out toxins from the body.
  • Avoid the intake of coffee, tea and alcohol.
  • Avoid physical exercise.
  • Eat light meals only – energy is used to digest food so avoid heavy meals.
  • Try to rest – this allows the body to heal.
  • Try to keep the areas treated warm to avoid muscle cramps.
  • Leave the oils on for up to eight hours for the skin to absorb and provide beneficial effects.


Treatment recommended every 2-3 weeks.
