FACIALS PRE- & POST-TREATMENT ADVICE & FAQS

Pre-Treatment Advice (3 days prior)

If you are taking medication, for example, Steroids, Accutane and Antibiotics, please let us know prior to booking as doctors consent may be required.
Avoid using active products containing AHA, BHA, retinoids, exfoliates and enzymes.
Avoid hair removal treatments, including waxing in the treatment area.
Avoid exfoliating procedures.
Avoid excessive exposure to sun light, including sunbeds.
Avoid botox/filler (at least two weeks).

Post-Treatment Advice

Following the post-treatment advice helps to minimise any sensations, possible side effects or adverse reactions of your treatment.

Apply hydrating mists, serums and moisturisers to avoid dryness.
Avoid touching your face.
Avoid heat treatments for 24 hours, including steam rooms, saunas and swimming.
Avoid exercise for 24 hours to reduce the likelihood of sweat entering the pores.
Avoid exfoliating for at least five days post-facial.
Use a minimum of SPF30 everyday.
Drink plenty of water and less caffeine.
