Prior to each appointment, you will be required to complete a Covid-19 declaration form. If this has not been completed prior to your arrival, Pinch & Prod have the right to cancel your appointment.
Please rearrange your appointment if you or anyone you live with is self-isolating or is displaying symptoms known to be consistent with Covid-19.
The safety and well-being of Pinch & Prod’s clients are of top priority which is why Pinch & Prod maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic, as well as being Barbicide Certified. Until notified otherwise, all clients are required to wear a mask to appointments.
Booking at Pinch & Prod
By booking an appointment via the website, through Facebook or directly through Pinch & Prod, you are accepting the clinic policies as outlined below and those in your consultation form.
When booking an appointment at Pinch & Prod you agree to our 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment, Pinch & Prod have the right to charge 50% of the treatment cost upon your next booking. Your cancellation must be made in writing to email@example.com.
If Pinch & Prod are not available to carry out your treatment(s) through circumstances beyond their control, Pinch & Prod reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative date or cancel the booking.
If you would like a silent appointment, just let me know in the ‘Comments’ box when booking online or pop me a message. I can focus on your treatment while you relax and take time-out from everyday life with no pressure of having to make conversation. No judgement and no questions asked.
Cards and Cash accepted. If paying in cash please bring exact amount.
A patch test is required for all new clients and those new to the treatment. Test to be carried out at least 24 hours prior to treatment. Regular clients will require a patch test every six months. Should you be diagnosed with Covid-19 or have the Covid-19 vaccine, a new patch test will need to be carried out.
E-Gift Cards are valid for six months and cannot be redeemed or replaced after their expiry date. Pinch & Prod is not responsible for replacing lost/stolen vouchers. E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are not valid with any other offer at Pinch & Prod and must be used by one person in one visit.
Pinch & Prod do not offer refunds for any completed services. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact Pinch & Prod as soon as possible.
Prior to your first appointment/new treatment you will be asked to complete a consultation form to ensure your treatment can be carried out safely, please let Pinch & Prod know if there are any changes to your medical history.
Pinch & Prod maintain these records for your safety, as any health or medical conditions may indicate that a particular service or treatment should not go ahead (e.g. allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions) or a particular product should not be used (e.g. products containing nuts, fish oil). These health records are not used for any other purpose. Client records are held securely within our clinic software system and can only be seen by Pinch & Prod.
Pinch & Prod will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. Pinch & Prod will keep it on a secure server and will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.
Pinch & prod is a private, self-contained home based skin & beauty clinic. Working security cameras are set up on the premises; should the authorities require footage, Pinch & Prod have an obligation to provide that of which is requested.
