By booking an appointment at Pinch & Prod, you agree to the following terms:
Appointments & Booking
Appointments require card details to confirm. Your card will only be charged in the case of a late cancellation or a no-show.
Advanced treatments will not be carried out at your first visit. A tailored facial will be performed initially to assess and condition the skin.
Treatments cannot proceed with active cold sores or if you have had injectables, peels, or microblading within the past 14 days. Treatments during pregnancy can only be carried out after 12 weeks.
Clients must be 18 or over for all treatments unless accompanied by a parent/guardian and where legally permitted.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you cancel or reschedule for any reason within 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
Cancellations within 24 hours, or failure to attend, will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged. All cancellations must be sent to beth@pinchandprod.com.
Your captured card stored on Timely will be charged, unless you specify another payment method.
Clients who cancel or reschedule three times consecutively will be removed from the booking system.
Failure to attend
If you do not attend your appointment without notifying us, your captured card will be charged in full and you will be unable to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling. The full cost of the original appointment will still apply.
Payments
Card and cash are accepted. For cash payments, please bring the exact amount where possible.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for six months and cannot be replaced or refunded after expiry. They are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed in a single visit by one person. Not valid in conjunction with offers. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Delivery is available for a fee.
Discounts & Promotions
Offers are valid only on full-priced, individual treatments. They cannot be used on products, courses, or combined with any other promotions.
Refunds & Product Returns
We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are unhappy with your experience, please get in touch promptly and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Pinch & Prod are not responsible for adverse reactions to manufacturer products, which are used at the client’s discretion. Should your product be faulty please let Pinch & Prod know within 24 hours of purchasing.
Health & Safety
We maintain the highest hygiene standards to ensure client safety. Children and pets are not permitted in the clinic.
Parking & Access
Parking is available on-site. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early due to limited waiting space.
Consent & Photography
Before and after photos may be taken with your consent for treatment monitoring. These will not be used for marketing without your explicit permission.
Right to Refuse Service
Pinch & Prod reserves the right to refuse treatment to any individual at our discretion.

Privacy
You will be asked to complete a consultation form before your first appointment or new treatment to ensure your safety. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or recent cosmetic procedures within this form.
All information is securely stored via our booking system (Timely) and used solely to assess treatment suitability. We comply fully with UK Data Protection laws.
Security
Our clinic is equipped with security cameras for safety. Footage may be provided to authorities upon request if legally required.
