Booking at Pinch & Prod
When booking an appointment at Pinch and Prod you agree to our policies outlined below.
If Pinch and Prod are not available to carry out your treatment(s) through circumstances beyond their control, Pinch and Prod reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative date or cancel the booking.
Advanced treatments will not be carried out upon your first treatment at Pinch and Prod. A hypercustomised facial will be performed in order to assess the skin and pre-condition the skin if advanced treatments are required.
You will be asked to enter your card details in order to confirm your booking. These will not be charged unless you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment or you fail to show up.
Please advise Pinch and Prod of any health conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or special needs when booking your treatments as some treatments are not recommended for certain conditions. We do perform treatments when cold sores are present.
If you have received advanced procedures such as injectables, peels, microblading etc. you must wait at least 2 weeks before any facial treatment can be performed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48hrs of your appointment this will result 50% of the treatment cost being charged. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24hrs of your appointment will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged. If you cancel 3 times consecutively you will not be able to rebook. All cancellations must be acknowledged by Pinch and Prod.
If you fail to show up for your appointment without communication your captured card will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and no future bookings will be accepted.
If you are late by more than 10 minutes, this may result in your appointment being shortened with the full treatment cost still being incurred or even rescheduled.
If you would like a silent appointment, just let me know in the ‘comments’ box when booking online or pop me a message. I can focus on your treatment while you relax and take time-out from everyday life with no pressure of having to make conversation. No judgement and no questions asked.
Cards and cash accepted. If paying in cash please bring the exact amount.
A patch test may be required 5 days prior to your treatment to ensure you don't suffer a reaction.
Valid for 6 months. Cannot be redeemed or replaced after their expiry date. All Gift Cards and E-Vouchers are non-refundable, can only be redeemed against treatments and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are not valid with any other offer at Pinch and Prod and must be used by one person in one visit. Pinch and Prod is not responsible for replacing lost/stolen/expired vouchers. Gift cards can be collected or delivered for a fee.
Discount/Promotions can only be used on singular, full priced treatments. They are not valid with any other offer, product or treatment course.
Pinch and Prod do not offer refunds for any completed services. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact Pinch and Prod as soon as possible.
We accept returns for products within 7 days of purchase as long as it is unopened and unused. A proof of purchase is required.
Health & Safety
The safety and well-being of Pinch and Prod’s clients are of top priority which is why Pinch and Prod maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic. Minors and pets are now allowed in the clinic.
Right to refuse service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Pinch and Prod have the right to make changes to these policies. Therefore, we recommend that you check these policies regularly.
Rights of Pinch and Prod
Pinch and Prod reserve the right to change treatment prices at any time in order to stay relevant and up to date within our industry, as well as stay in accordance with the current climate. This means that when suppliers increase cost, Pinch and Prod must also make necessary increases where needed. Pinch and Prod also reserve the right to remove or make changes to the treatment list as required.
Prior to your first appointment and any new treatment you will be asked to complete a consultation form to ensure your treatment can be carried out safely, please let Pinch and Prod know if there are any changes to your medical history.
Pinch and Prod collects these forms through a third party software called Timely. Timely maintain these records for your safety, as any health or medical conditions may indicate that a particular service or treatment should not go ahead (e.g. allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions) or a particular product should not be used (e.g. products containing nuts, fish oil). These health records are not used for any other purpose. Client records are held securely within our clinic software system and can only be seen by Pinch and Prod.
Pinch and Prod will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. Pinch and Prod will keep it on a secure server and will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.
Pinch and prod is a private, self-contained clinic offering advanced skin treatments. Working security cameras are set up on the premises; should the authorities require footage, Pinch and Prod have an obligation to provide that of which is requested.
